California Designated UST Operator Training - Online

Course includes printed and bound ICC EXAM REFERENCES and PRACTICE EXAMS shipped directly to you. Our references are updated with the latest regulations.  You will pass the ICC exam with this course!  It has been updated to prepare you for the new California UST System Operator ICC Exam, which was revised in August 2019.  A new training module has been added to the end of the course to cover the revised regulations.  Additional questions have also been added to the practice exams.

The foundation of our training program is a 4-hour online course that utilizes photos and other visual aids to facilitate the efficient and comprehensive learning of the subject matter required to pass the state-mandated exam. We highly recommend taking the course in one sitting to help you better retain the information.

Study Materials

We provide students with a consolidated binder of reference materials to prepare for the exam and use as an information resource in their business operations. These materials include the following:

• California Health and Safety Code, Chapter 6.7 Underground Storage of Hazardous Substances
• Dollars and Sense, July 2018 (EPA 510-K-18-001)
• Operating and Maintaining UST Systems: Practical Help and Checklists, February 2016 (EPA-510-K-16-001).

Our course does not include PEI Recommended Practices RP 500 and RP 900, which are also allowed in the exam, but are not included in the cost of our training course. You can purchase the PEI manuals from the website techstreet.com/publishers/886.  

At the end of each study section, students are given sample questions similar to those that will be asked on the exam. The intent of the practice test is to obtain an indication of the students' knowledge and to guide their outside study. In addition, students will receive multiple practice tests to assist them during their preparation for the exam.
